By using AMCI’s Association Workforce website (“the platform”), you agree that:

  1. Orders for freelance work are sent directly to freelancers, they are your contact point for your project.
  2. Transactions will appear in your financial institution documents as “VenYou Association Workforce,”  “VenYou Marketplace” or similar.
  3. Funds for projects are paid up front and held in escrow by the platform. Funds will be dispersed to the freelancer upon project completion.
  4. You accept the Confidentiality Notice, Errors & Dispute Resolution, Privacy Policy, and other terms detailed below.

Confidentiality Notice

By accessing and using the platform, you acknowledge that it contains proprietary and confidential information owned by Navigate Strategies, LLC and VenYou, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, the platform’s concept, design, functionality, business strategy, and marketing plans. Such information is provided solely for evaluation and use in accordance with the platform’s intended purpose.

You agree not to share, duplicate, distribute, or disclose any Confidential Information without prior written consent from Navigate Strategies, LLC and VenYou, LLC. Unauthorized use or dissemination of this information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge and agree to these confidentiality terms.

Errors & Dispute Resolution

The platform and its creators cannot be held liable for errors made by website users, including but not limited to website content and order fulfillment.

The platform will attempt to neutrally resolve disputes, but if resolution cannot be reached, you will accept binding arbitration from a third party.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the platform reserves the right to issue a refund of 80% of the project cost.

Privacy Policy

When you sign up for the platform or submit an inquiry form, the platform will require you to provide us with personal contact information. When you purchase services, the platform will require you to provide us with billing information.

This information is used to personalize your experience and to process the orders you place. Credit card information is not stored on our systems, though you can save payment cards with an account, which is facilitated via our payment processor (Stripe) and uses tokenized data.

This website uses cookies to facilitate ordering and account functionality. The platform does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The platform may use standard website analytics software which may collect anonymized website usage data.

The platform reserves the right to send email communications to all users on this website, including order-related, account-related, and informational emails.

This website may link to other websites or embed content from other websites. The platform and its creators are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party websites. The platform may retain information collected on this website indefinitely. You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
