Interim Executive Director for Medical Device Association
Duration: 6–9 months (or until a permanent hire is made)
Key Duties/Deliverables:
Oversee day-to-day operations and financial management
Act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders
Ensure continuity in association programs, meetings, and services
Supervise staff and manage external vendors/consultants
Maintain member engagement and oversee communications
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Director or senior association executive
Strong knowledge of the medical device or healthcare sector
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Background in managing finances, staff, and association governance
Budget Range: $8,000 – $10,000 per month (estimating 30 hours/week)
