Comprehensive Organizational Data Governance Strategy Duration: 3–4 months
Key Duties/Deliverables:
Evaluate current data management and technology platforms
Analyze efficacy of the tech stack across five associations
Identify data governance gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement
Develop a comprehensive strategy with actionable recommendations
Create a roadmap for implementation, including potential new technologies
Qualifications:
Expertise in data governance and technology management
Experience working with associations or nonprofits
Strong understanding of CRM, AMS, and other association tech systems
Proven track record of conducting data assessments and creating improvement strategies
